We’ve all heard the saying that practice makes perfect. Well, habits are made from practice. Even if its a bad habit like watching too much tv, eating out too often, or failing to write the next great American novel.
Either way, habits are what make our daily routine. Either they make us better individuals or hinder us from becoming better and stronger people.
